Christiana & Pono’s Garden Wedding

Christiana & Pono have grown their love over many years and on December 28, 2024, they decided to exchange vows on the beautiful grounds of Ho’omaluhia Botanical Garden on Oahu. The amazing mountains behind the botanical gardens made for a photographer’s dream background especially for a wedding day. Christiana & Pono had a small family group gather to witness their ceremony. We were able to choose a semi-private spot on the upper knoll and the clouds floated gently above us. Their pastor came and blessed Christiana & Pono while they were encircled by their parents, siblings, tutus & aunties. Eddy & I could not believe how beautiful the morning was and Christiana & Pono looked incredible. During our couple’s portraits, Christiana & Pono had the sweetest exchanges. Pono knows how to get his beautiful bride to laugh & giggle. Eddy & I couldn’t help but join in at times. These two captured our hearts forever. Their family & friends prepared a lovely reception for them with live music, a spread of the best local food and games. The vibe was so relaxed and it felt like Eddy & I were part of the family by the time our photography & video wrapped up. As vendors, to feel so loved at an event like this leaves us so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a wedding day like Christiana & Pono’s. Their family had huge hearts and Eddy & I will always remember that day. We hope you all enjoy these moments & can feel the love that we felt that day….
